"Hello Here is my meager testimony of what we saw, come realtives and myself, observed in Burgundy 5 or 6 years ago. Nothing very extraordinary except a dark red glow in the sky."
"It was around the 5th of August (at the time of the "night of the stars"). I was in holiday in Burgundy in the smalltown of Martrois near Pouilly en Auxois. The starry night was ideal for skywathcing and looking for shooting stars and my cousins, my aunt, my mother and I think 2 or 3 other people (uncle?) were in the garden, with no parasite lighting, lying in armchairs. At about 09:00 P.M. / 01:00 A.M. (I don't remember), I had decided to go to bed when I heard unison shouts of the sort "did you see... what's that? etc. I turned round and I looked at the sky where people were looking. There, we saw a "glow," dark red, of constant brilliance, sort of lighten from its back of very faintly lighted (like the moon when it is behind the fog) of a rather ovoïd or round shape according to discussions we had after the event. Its size, as I have observed it, was that of a ping pong ball held at arm's length (maybe smaller). The altitude is difficult to estimate but the object was not low. The most stunning part was its speed. The horizon was clear from North to South, the village is on a hillside, and the object took only 10 to 20 seconds to follow its flightpath: from North to South (aprox.) in a perfect straight line. It was silent. Because I had observed planes at night, I can say that it was infinitely faster."
"We ALL saw the same thing, we are not UFO fans, as for myself I am just a science fiction lover..."
